We came to Dr. Beebe with our cat, Bob, in the summer of 2001. Bob had been suffering for five years with stomatitis, a painful autoimmune disease of the gums that left him unable to eat. Prior to his receiving treatment with Dr. Beebe, we had tried everything to alleviate his pain, including steroids, removal of his teeth, and even very costly laser surgery. Each procedure helped for a while, but it never lasted. Our vet warned us Bob could not go on having steroids forever; it would eventually kill him. She knew we were willing to try anything, so she recommended Dr. Beebe.
Bob started with a combination of herbs and acupuncture. Initially, it was very hard. It took many combinations to find the right herbs that worked. We believed in her ability to help him, and we loved him enough to keep up with his treatment.
Today, Bob is a healthy, happy cat. He is nothing like the skinny animal who hid in closets and would cry in pain as he tried to feed. Dr. Beebe saved our cat from a very horrible disease and gave us back our beloved pet. Her ability to heal is nothing short of amazing, as is her love for her patients.
